Qué datos recojo

Si me escribes

Nombre, email, el motivo que elijas y tu mensaje.

Si reservas una llamada

Nombre, email, motivo, el contexto que quieras añadir y el día y la hora que elijas.

Por seguridad

Al reservar, tu dirección IP se usa como contador para frenar abusos (como mucho 3 reservas al día) y se borra sola a las 24 horas.

No pido más de lo necesario y no hay ningún campo obligatorio que no haga falta para responderte.

Para qué y con qué base jurídica

• Contestarte y, si la reservas, organizar la llamada. Base: tu propia petición, para dar los pasos que me pides antes de cualquier colaboración (art. 6.1.b del RGPD) y, para el resto de consultas, mi interés legítimo en responder a quien me escribe (art. 6.1.f).
• Evitar abusos del formulario y de la agenda. Base: interés legítimo en mantener el servicio seguro (art. 6.1.f).

No hago perfiles ni tomo decisiones automatizadas con tus datos.

Quién más los trata

Para que la web funcione uso estos servicios, que tratan los datos solo por mi cuenta y para esto:

• Web3Forms: recibe el formulario de mensaje y me lo reenvía por email.
• Google (Gmail, Google Calendar y Google Meet): donde leo los correos y donde se crea la reunión. Google te envía la invitación.
• Cloudflare: DNS del dominio, reenvío del correo de contacto y la agenda de reservas.
• GitHub (GitHub Pages): aloja la web y, como cualquier servidor, ve la IP de quien la visita.
• Telegram: me avisa en el móvil cuando alguien reserva una llamada.

Algunos de estos servicios están fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, sobre todo en Estados Unidos. Cuando es así, la transferencia se ampara en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea, según el proveedor.

Cuánto tiempo los guardo

• Mensajes: mientras dure la conversación y, como mucho, 12 meses desde el último contacto, salvo que empecemos a trabajar juntos.
• Reuniones: el evento queda en mi calendario hasta 12 meses después de la llamada.
• Contador de seguridad por IP: 24 horas.

Cookies y almacenamiento

Esta web no usa cookies. Solo guarda en tu navegador (localStorage) el idioma que elijas, para no preguntártelo otra vez. No sale de tu dispositivo y puedes borrarlo cuando quieras desde los ajustes del navegador. La tipografía está alojada aquí mismo: no se carga nada de Google Fonts ni de otros servidores.

Si te unes a la llamada, Google Meet aplica su propia política de privacidad.

Tus derechos

Puedes pedirme el acceso, la rectificación o la supresión de tus datos, oponerte a su tratamiento, limitarlo o pedir su portabilidad. Escríbeme a contacto@alvarocarpintero.com y te contesto en menos de un mes.

Si crees que no he tratado bien tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

What I collect

If you write to me

Name, email, the topic you pick and your message.

If you book a call

Name, email, topic, any context you add, and the day and time you choose.

For security

When you book, your IP address is used as a counter to stop abuse (at most 3 bookings a day) and deletes itself after 24 hours.

I ask for nothing beyond what I need to reply.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Replying to you and, if you book one, arranging the call. Basis: your own request, to take the steps you ask for before any collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for other enquiries, my legitimate interest in answering people who write to me (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Preventing abuse of the form and the calendar. Basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

I don't profile you or make automated decisions with your data.

Who else handles it

These services make the site work. They process data only on my behalf and only for this:

• Web3Forms: receives the message form and forwards it to me by email.
• Google (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Meet): where I read email and where the meeting is created. Google sends you the invitation.
• Cloudflare: the domain's DNS, forwarding of the contact address and the booking calendar.
• GitHub (GitHub Pages): hosts the site and, like any server, sees visitors' IP addresses.
• Telegram: notifies me on my phone when someone books a call.

Some of these services are outside the European Economic Area, mostly in the United States. In those cases the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.

How long I keep it

• Messages: for as long as the conversation lasts and at most 12 months after the last contact, unless we start working together.
• Meetings: the event stays in my calendar for up to 12 months after the call.
• Security counter by IP: 24 hours.

Cookies and storage

This site uses no cookies. It only stores the language you choose in your browser (localStorage) so it doesn't ask again. It never leaves your device and you can clear it from your browser settings at any time. The font is hosted here: nothing is loaded from Google Fonts or any other server.

If you join the call, Google Meet's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or ask for a portable copy. Email hello@alvarocarpintero.com and I'll reply within a month.

If you think I haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local authority.
